1. It's harder for women to experience orgasm than men, so when they do it's an incredible experience for them. Her moans and screams are therefore an act to maximize her own pleasure during sex.

2. The clitoris has far greater sensitivity than the penis, and a woman is capable of experiencing multiple orgasms whereas a man is not and this is why women make more noise during sex (if they are enjoying it, obviously)
